How to Print an Email Message in Gmail

You can print an email message without a desktop application if you have a wireless connection and an appropriate printer. Fortunately, most major email service providers offer support for printing emails. In addition, Gmail has a mobile app, although you can't print from a desktop application. However, you can use a web browser to print email messages and attachments. Using the web browser, you can choose to print an email message or all of the messages within a specific email thread.
When you need to print an email message, you can do so from Gmail's Mail Editor by right-clicking the message and choosing the option to "Print." You can also select this option using the Ctrl+P keyboard shortcut. A print dialog will open and allow you to select a printer. Depending on your device, you can choose a cloud printer, an electronic printer, or another file type. You can even print to OneNote.
Once you've selected your printer, you can select how to print your message. Select the style you'd like to print your message in. For example, you can choose a tabular layout, or choose a different color theme. You can also adjust the size of the font by choosing it from the Preferences tab, the General page. You can also choose to print the message in another window. Select Print in the Actions drop-down menu to send it to a printer.
